What You'll Be Doing: As a Senior Care Worker, you'll be the superhero of our care team, providing top-notch support and care to our elderly service users. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes: * Daily Care: Assisting with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming – ensuring our service users feel fresh and fabulous every day. * Health Support: Administering medications and monitoring health conditions, because a healthy life is a happy life. * Emotional Well-being: Offering companionship and emotional support, turning frowns into smiles and lonely moments into cherished memories. * Fun Activities: Planning and participating in engaging activities – from games and crafts to lively conversations and strolls in the park. * Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding junior care workers, sharing your wisdom and expertise.
