Purpose: Reporting into the VP of European Sales, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of selling Beeline’s Extended Workforce Platform to potential new Enterprise customers across defined region in Europe. You will have the active support of additional resources (both locally and globally) including Alliances, SDRs, Presales, and Marketing. Given the nature of our product and the market, the sales process is relatively long and strategic. It requires attention to detail, perseverance, a consultative approach, strategic vision, and an understanding of client challenges. Key Attributes: Strong candidates for this role will offer the following: A proven salesperson in B2B SaaS context across Europe with a track record of achieving ambitious growth targets. Domain knowledge in one or either of External Workforce Management, Procurement and/or HR SaaS solutions. Ability to build trust with prospective customers and establish long-term relationships that go beyond a single transaction. A strong cultural fit for a collaborative organisation that strives to “find the way” to be successful. Essential Functions: Evangelise the Beeline value proposition within key target accounts in the territory and develop high value business opportunities. Ownership of the end-to-end sales process from discovery to signature. Consultative Selling Experience – ability to diagnose prospects’ business environments, propose creative, tailored solutions, manage relationships across the enterprise, and negotiate contracts. Actively contribute to lead generation activities: participate to client events and conferences, proactively meet with network and partners to develop healthy lead pipeline. Ability to oversee and participate in the RFP process to ensure prospect receives a high qualified, well-written, meaningful response. Commercial and contract negotiation – Ability to manoeuvre through commercial and contract negotiations in order to close deals that are beneficial to Beeline. Education/Experience: Five to seven years’ SaaS sales experience Minimum three years’ experience calling on senior executives (Fortune 500 preferred) Understanding of contingent staffing and/or HR processes and/or vendor management systems and/or e-procurement solutions will be highly valued but is not mandatory Understanding of procurement processes and challenges in fortune 500 companies Consultative Selling Experience International experience: the successful candidate will work in a highly international environment – previous international experience is an important asset Skills: Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment. Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail, and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously. Attention to detail / detail oriented.
