Job Title: Sales Lead Generator Location: West Bridgford, Nottingham Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Salary Rage (depending on experience) £26,500 to £32,500, OTE £28,500 to £36,500. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Generator to join our business development team. If you are passionate about sales and have a talent for identifying potential business opportunities, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: · Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. · Identify key contacts from target prospects to progress new prospects along the sales process. · Research and target new businesses within key industries and locations, make approaches and open up the conversation about our waste and sustainability services. · Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's target criteria. · Schedule appointments and hand over, qualified leads to the sales and business development teams. · Maintain and update lead databases in the CRM system. · Track and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs. · Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead generation strategies. · Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets. Skills & Qualifications: · Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing. · Proven experience in appointment-making. · A team player with attention to detail and a passion for delivering superb customer experiences. · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. · Ability to build rapport and foster relationships over the phone and via email. · Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. · Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software. · Knowledge or interest in the waste and recycling industry is a plus. · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
