The school focuses on providing high standards of early education for young children and has been rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted at the last five inspections.Job Duties: Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessonsSupport individual and small groups of children with their learning activitiesHelp maintain a safe and stimulating learning environmentContribute to the observation and assessment of children's progressCommunicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's development Required Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationValid Safeguarding training Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational settingGood understanding of child development and early education principlesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team and follow instructions Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certificationAdditional training in special educational needs Working Conditions: The role of Teaching Assistant at the Nursery School may involve working with children aged 2 to 4 years old in both indoor and outdoor environments. The position requires full-time hours on a contract basis, with a competitive hourly salary.
