What You’ll Do: Provide Electrical & Mechanical support to keep production machinery running smoothly. Respond swiftly to automated machinery breakdowns and execute improvement tasks. Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure minimal machine downtime, boosting productivity. Contribute to the Preventative Maintenance Plan, performing both Planned Preventative (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is a must. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, controls, and instrumentation. Recognized qualifications such as a Degree, NVQ, or time-served apprenticeship. Why Join Us?
