Site Manager Location: Newark Start Date: Monday 7th October 2024 Duration: Ongoing Rate: £250 p/day Site Manager - Newark I am working with a contractor based in the East Midlands that specialise within local authority refurbishment projects, maintenance and university projects. This project is a refurbishment to void properties in Newark. Works include; managing void works, surveying and scheduling void works. Also responsible for managing the ordering of materials and staff to get works completed. You will be responsible to a visiting Contracts Manager. Candidate Requirements They are looking for a site manager to manage the contractors, to manage the end-client where required, whilst reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness qualified
