This includes working shifts, 7am -3pm and 2pm-10pm. We also offer sleep ins if you are on a late shift followed by an early shift paid at £50 per sleep in and Waking Nights. There is also an option to do more hours than your contractual hours, if you are available.Endeavour Academy is recruiting for part-time Support Workers to work at their residential home in Barton, Oxford. At Endeavour Academy we look to provide an exceptional level of care for all of our residents to ensure that each individual is supported to live a life full of fulfilment and meaning.We support our young people to develop their independent skills as well as encouraging them to access and engage with the local community. Activities can range from cooking and cleaning, to supporting the young people to trips to the beach or theme parks.We provide support 24 hours a day seven days per week so we can probably offer the hours that suit you. We appreciate your understanding."#IND3About YouWe are looking for highly motivated, active members of staff who are looking to embark on an exciting and rewarding career working with children and young people with Autism and learning difficulties.Previous experience is not essential though desirable to have an understanding of Autism and Learning disabilities; ultimately providing Care, education and support to Children and Young people.It is paramount that you must be an effective, confident communicator. You will be able to keep accurate records such as the recording of daily notes; mediation administration and learning outcomes with excellent attention to detail.
