Geotechnical Engineer Reference: BY1523 Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Location: Manchester An expanding geotechnical and environmental consultancy with multiple offices across the UK are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Ground Investigation specialist to join their team near Manchester. You'll be joining a specialist team with over a decade of experience on a range of projects across the North West - providing exposure to a variety of work and excellent training where required. The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be: Carrying out ground investigations. Assisting with site walkovers. Writing factual and interpretive reports. Carrying out soil and rock logging. Trial pitting. Carrying out phase 1 desk studies. Observing day to day tasks to develop knowledge.
