Junior Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sous & Head Chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation. Contribute to menu development and creative recipe ideas. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff. Qualifications: Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and contemporary cooking techniques.
