This role requires someone who is patient, adaptable, and committed to helping a young learner thrive both academically and socially.### Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized 1:1 support to a child with complex needs throughout the school day.- Assist the child with their learning, behaviour management, and emotional well-being.- Collaborate closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and other professionals to ensure the child's Individual Education Plan (IEP) is followed.- Help the student engage in classroom activities and social interactions with peers.- Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to staff and parents as required.### Requirements:- Experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly in a 1:1 setting.- A calm and nurturing approach with the ability to manage challenging behaviour.- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.- **Level 3 qualification** in Childcare, Learning Support, or equivalent.- Previous experience in working with complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, or physical disabilities, is desirable.Why Join Us?
