The RoleWe are looking for an Associate to join our Debt Advisory team and support the Director with all aspects of transactions.Salary: 50k 55kKey Responsibilities:Undertake financial modelling and produce detailed valuationsServe as a point of contact for clients in the day-to-day management of transactionsAssist in the preparation of marketing materials and pitches for new businessProduce briefing notesResearch trends in the debt marketsResearch, collate and interpret data in order to present a complete picture of an organisation or sectorHelp build a network of contacts (e.G. lawyers, accountants, consultants and potential clients such as junior staff at private equity firms)Support, manage, and train junior team members on transaction processProduction of bespoke modelling and client materials (e.G options papers, pricing analysis, covenant analysis)Managing the information flow and key process management documentation (NDA's, Release Letters, etc)Review and assess due diligence materials (i.E Financial DD, Commercial DD, Legal DD)Liaise directly with the client and key stakeholders (e.G lenders, lawyers, DD providers) throughout the transactionMaintenance of internal proprietary databasesExperience and QualificationsStrong academic record (at least a 2.1 degree or equivalent)Relevant past experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or debt advisory is advantageousStrong financial modelling skills (Excel).Must be proficient in PowerPoint (e.G. experience creating IM's or external presentations) and Excel financial modelling (i.E.
