Catering Manager

I am working with a leading Investment Management Company in Londons West End who are looking to recruit a Catering / Restaurant Manager to oversee the front of House of their catering and hospitality department. This position is working directly for the Investment Company. Reporting to the Head Chef the Restaurant Manager will oversee and front-of-house staff in the staff dining area and coffee bar, ensuring that each staff member is delivering the very high standards of services they are renowned for. Ideally, the Restaurant Manager will come from a similar corporate site or high end London restaurant. Qualifications Strong leadership and managerial skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven experience in catering or restaurant management Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently Salary to £45K With Excellent Benefits Package - Monday - Friday !
