Teaching Assistant Leigh Wigan, WN6 area £1800 - £2080 per month - potential salary depending on experience and/or qualifications and number of hours worked each week) Immediate start – July 25 (4 day a week) The Nursery and Role The team at nursery staff are dedicated professionals works tirelessly to ensure that each child receives personalized care and education tailored to their unique needs. As one of their Early Years Team members, you will play a crucial role in supporting children under 2 years old, you will focus on nurture, play and language development. Hours of work 7:30am – 6pm 4 days per week. Requirements The requested skillset the desired Early Years practitioner you will require; Desirable: A relevant educational or Health qualification (Level 3 or above) Experience or confidence working with children in a nursery or educational setting. A deep understanding of the Early Years framework or a willingness to learn this. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals. A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners. A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.
