If so read on as we are looking for a Retail Operations Assistant to join our amazing client This eponymous fine jewellery brand is renowned for showcasing vibrant gemstones in timeless and wearable designs. With a dedication to exceptional craftsmanship and responsibly sourced materials, we design exquisite jewellery to complement a modern lifestyle. The brand is stocked with prestigious brand partners including Fortnum + Mason and Harrods to name just a few. The Retail Operations Role reports to the Operations Manager and plays an integral part in client services and the logistical elements of stock movement and management across all areas of the business. This role is based at our Flagship store, in Central London and is a full-time role. This entry to mid-level role depends on relevant experience in a similar operational role within a luxury or fashion environment . This is an exciting role and a wonderful opportunity to work with a beautiful product within an established and growing brand. You will be the main point of contact between the Retail team and our suppliers regarding client orders (including bespoke), repairs, valuations and price enquiries. Responsible for E-commerce shipments and order send-outs for Wholesale Accounts. Organising workshop dispatches and collections via couriers. Monitor and ordering of client and WS packaging for all channels of the business. Maintain packaging levels for all departments. Handling rolling stock counts across all collections ensuring accuracy and availability Along with Product Management Coordinator onboard replenishment stock and wholesale stock. Support with QC and onboarding. Work alongside the retail team to ensure organisational upkeep of overstock.
