They are currently embarking on an ambitious growth plan, and therefore this role has arisen, to take technical enquiries from clients, and provide an excellent service to a plethora of customers. You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from clients, providing product support, problem solving any technical enquires and upselling where possible.
