Mechanical Project Manager Location: Warrington Type: Temp / Temp to Perm / Permanent Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee mechanical projects in Warrington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial pipefitting and experience managing complex mechanical installations in commercial settings such as shop fitting, gyms and office refits. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and manage all mechanical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. * Oversee and support the installation and maintenance of pipefitting systems, including gas, water, heating systems, sanitary ware dry riser and boiler houses. * Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure compliance with project specifications. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety standards. * Conduct risk assessments and manage resources effectively. Skills & Qualifications: * Extensive experience in commercial pipefitting such as sanitary ware, dry riser etc. * Proven experience in project management within the mechanical industry. * Knowledge of mechanical installations, including gas, HVAC, and pipe systems. * ACS Gas qualifications (preferred) or willingness to gain certification if required. * Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to work under pressure. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. Beneficial Qualifications: * SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent site safety qualifications. * First Aid certification.
