Housing First Support Worker (Homelessness) 💰 £29,500 per annum (£14.23 p/h) ⏳ 4-month Temp Contract (until January 2025, likely to extend) 📍 Cardiff, Wales Moxie People is excited to recruit a Housing First Support Worker for a dynamic project tackling homelessness in Cardiff. If you're passionate about providing housing support to vulnerable individuals and helping them transition into their own homes, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities as a Housing First Support Worker: Provide personalised support to individuals moving from rough sleeping into stable housing in Cardiff Develop trusting relationships to help clients maintain tenancies and improve their independence Address homelessness, mental health, and substance use issues through tailored support Collaborate with other services (housing, mental health, and substance support) to ensure clients' long-term success Use trauma-informed approaches and strengths-based support Why This Charity?
