Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: South London Package: £45,000 - £50,000 plus £5,000 car allowance Are you an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to step up into a Quantity Surveyor position? Please read more below Responsibilities Work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor, on a £25m New Build Residential project based in South London. Work package tender returns are properly analysed, and pre-start meetings attended and detailed Order placement recommendations are submitted to the Senior and/or Managing Quantity Surveyor. Sub-Contractor/Consultant/Supplier claims are in the first instance properly administered subject to approval of the Managing and/or Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements Ideally experience working for a Main Contractor. Experienced in Procurement. Knowledge of NHBC Standards Ambitions to progress within the business. What is in it for you? Salary up to £50,000 per annum. £5,000 car allowance. Travel to site covered.
