Job Description:
As a Senior Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences for their range of products and services.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, you will help shape our user journeys and brand presence through outstanding design skills and thoughtful UX/UI techniques.
Your varied portfolio will showcase excellent branding, design, and creative campaign work. You will have expertise developing creative solutions and designing digital, brand and multi-channel campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Produce exceptional visual designs for websites, applications, and digital campaigns, ensuring every design adheres to our brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the development team to translate designs into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and refine user flows to enhance overall user experience
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to test and gather user feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design patterns to continually improve our digital products
- Participate in cross-functional brainstorming and design sessions to ensure consistency and innovation across platforms
Requirements:
- 4+ years demonstrable experience as a Digital Designer
- Experience in branding and brand campaigns
- Strong animation experience
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Agency experience
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices
- Solid portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual design, UX/UI, and digital projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An eye-catching portfolio
