About the Company:

Our client, a growing beauty business, is seeking an exceptional Head of Finance to join and lead their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known brand. The ideal candidate will be very analytical, technically strong and have very strong communication skills, with the ability to manage and drive a finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, ensuring robust governance and risk leadership
• Corporate Reporting: Have in depth knowledge of accounting frameworks, policies and procedures, and manage corporate reporting requirements, both internal and external, including tax management to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Relationship building: Collaborate with stakeholders across the wider business to drive revenue growth
• Talent Development: Coach and mentor the finance talent within the organization, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.

The Candidate:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with extensive post qualified experience
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role within a beauty business
• Strong excel and presentation skills
• Experience working in global businesses
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of accounting standards, with a commercial and analytical mindset.
