The duties of a Brand Consultant: * Greeting customers, offering them product advice, and assisting them at the tills. * Actively promoting the brand, using advanced product knowledge.  * Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and visually pleasing.  * Liaise with management regarding complaints and faults.  Experience needed: * Any Customer Service experience is considered * You'll need to be enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking * Strong PC skills are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure and take pride in exceeding customer expectations.
