Actively seeking an enthusiastic Contracts Manager to join a long standing principal contractor on a permanent basis. This Principal contractor has been operating for over a century across the residential, commercial, heritage, MOD, Medical, Leisure and Education sector. With an average project value ranging from £1million - £20million, this main contractor specialises in high quality refurbishment schemes. About the role of a Contracts Manager As a Contracts Manager you will be overseeing 2-3 projects at any one time from Preconstruction, PCSA through to delivery and handover on site. The approximate project value will be anywhere between £5million - £10million for each scheme. Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager Ensure the project is running to programme and is compliant with Health & Safety. Strong focus on Quality Assurance.
