Site Supervisor

Job Title : Site Supervisor Location: Head office (E5) within 15 miles radius Salary : 45k a year Responsible to: Contracts Manager Hours Monday: Friday 8am - 4pm (30 mins Lunch) Purpose of role: to support the contracts manager with the smooth running of various contracts with a focus on maintaining compliance and onsite procedures are followed. Primary Responsibilities * Managing the completion of new orders to the agreed specifications and standards * Preinspection of site * Identify potential variations and photograph evidence * Notify client for approval * Allocate work to operatives * Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and are profitable for the business * Notify client of completion in preparation for payment * Promote and maintain company standards, procedures & KPI’s. * Carry out induction of new contractors and operatives * Conduct regular site visits to audit health and safety, performance and compliance * Promote and develop existing and new client relations. * Attend regular meetings and provide detailed updates of going on projects * Manage expectations and flexibility * Seek new opportunities and feedback to line manager for viability * Procurement of resources. * Identify labour shortages and relay to the contract manager * Compare varied suppliers tor educe the cost of materials Qualifications and skills * Maths and English GCSE or equivalent * Hold or working towards a supervisory level CSCS card or NVQ level 3/4 Equivalent * Excellent communication both written and verbal * It literate including Microsoft Office * Effective time management and prioritising Qualities * Trustworthy * Reliable * Customer service * Results focussed * proactive
