As a brief background our client acts on professional indemnity matters predominantly to solicitors, IFA’s and construction clients in the UK. Working as part of this high-profile team you will work and lead a team dealing with complex insurance litigation in all areas of financial lines and professional lines. 8 + years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience in defending claims against professionals and construction clients. You will have experience of handling insurance disputes relating to financial institutions, policy coverage matters and Directors' and Officers' liability.
