About the Role We are currently seeking a passionate and talented BIM Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team in London. This is a full-time, permanent position with a negotiable salary. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting architectural project teams in the use of BIM tools and workflows, particularly Autodesk Revit. You will be responsible for providing technical support to project team members, assisting in the production of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), establishing Responsibility Matrices (MPDT), and ensuring compliance with project standards. You will also manage the setup of project models, produce 3D model elements, and oversee the preparation and management of COBie information and deliverables. Your advanced knowledge of Revit, combined with experience in BIM360, Navisworks, and other relevant software, will be crucial in delivering high-quality, BIM-compliant projects. This role also involves chairing BIM project and team meetings, supporting in-house training, and ensuring that all project BIM models are maintained and delivered to the highest standards. Experience with medium to large-scale complex projects within an architectural office is essential, along with a strong understanding of volume strategies, clash avoidance strategies, and coordination management. About You Experience & Qualifications: A strong architectural background with demonstrable experience in BIM coordination. Extensive experience with Autodesk Revit and related plugins. Knowledge and experience with BIM360, Navisworks, Dynamo, Solibri, and other relevant software. A working knowledge of ISO19650 and experience in producing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP). Skills & Abilities: Ability to work with and understand the information needs of clients. Proficiency in managing and delivering project BIM models, including validation and QA processes. Strong communication skills, capable of effectively chairing meetings and delivering training. Experience in delivering projects to BIM standards, with a focus on medium to large-scale complex projects.
