People Advisor Needed - Multi-site Foodie Business - London

I am looking for a People Advisor to join an established hospitality business with fantastic reputation in the market. The ideal candidate with be a strong HR generalist with a passion for ER. You'll be joining a small team working in a fun, friendly office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide practical advice, assistance and training on policies, procedures and employment legislation
• Guide managers on employee relations best practice ranging from probations, sickness absence management, investigations/disciplinaries, grievances, family friendly policies and performance management
• Compile monthly ER & Sickness reports
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of People policies, processes, systems and practices
• Support managers with day-to-day people queries

Experience within multi-site hospitality or retail is a must for this role.

The Offer:

• Salary up to £36,000 DOE
