Clinevo provide supported accommodation for children and young people who are care leavers, looked after children (LAC), children in care (CIC) & unaccompanied asylum seeking children (UASC) aged 16-18. We support our young people with a person-centred, holistic approach enabling & empowering them to build independent living skills in preparation for adulthood. Respect – all young people have the right to be treated with respect and dignity Overview We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and possess a range of skills to contribute to the well-being of our service users. Duties - Implement placement plans and provide support including key working sessions to our young people - Accurately record any case recordings, daily logs, key working sessions, weekly reports & monthly reports - Utilise IT systems effectively to record and update information - Communicate effectively with young people, colleagues, and external professionals - Assist young people with duties as a responsible person when required - Drive service users to appointments or activities as needed Experience Required Skills: - Proficiency in IT systems for documentation purposes - Ability to follow and implement care plans effectively - Experience working with children or young people - Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders - Knowledge of childcare practices - Valid driving license for transporting service users Nice-to-Have Skills: - Previous experience in a similar support worker role - Additional qualifications in childcare or social care If you are a compassionate individual with a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others, we welcome your application for the Support Worker position.
