C-Suite EA, City (1:1) £70,000 - £75,000 + bonus + benefits Do you have EA experience supporting a dynamic individual at C-Suite level, ideally from an investment banking, asset management or private equity environment? Do you have the credibility to deal with executives across the business as well as high-profile clients? Are you approachable, able to gain instant trust and provide an exceptional confidential service? Our client is looking for an exceptional EA to commit themselves fully to a role supporting a hugely likeable and hugely busy boss! What you’ll be doing day to day: Providing full EA support on all business matters Proactively managing a complex and constantly changing diary and inbox management Handling schedule conflicts and working across multiple time zones Organising and completing detailed itineraries for global travel Managing all logistics for travel to client meetings Preparing papers for executive meetings Organising breakfasts, lunches and dinner meetings Building strong relationships with other EAs, locally and globally and a range of internal and external stakeholders The skills you need to bring: Previous EA experience supporting at executive level within asset management or investment banking Minimum of 5 recent years supporting a C-Suite executive 1:1 (i.e. solid CV) Outstanding organisational skills Ability to assess situations and prioritise Discreet and able to handle confidential information Ability to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment Genuine team player approach Strong MS Office
