Principal Architect

Principal Architect La Fosse are partnered with a FTSE 100 client who are looking for an experienced Principal Architect to lead the development of their target architecture and roadmap for the corporate IT domain. This individual will own the architecture that underpins their core business systems (including HR, Finance, Legal and Procurement) This is an ideal role for a Senior Solution Architect who is looking for progression into a more strategic role. Key Responsibilities:Build trusted relationships to understand and align technology with business goals.ensuring alignment with architectural standards.Contribute to the IT Architecture framework, maintaining principles, guidelines, and standards. Ensure domain architecture aligns with the overall enterprise architecture.Ensure architecture supports regulatory and legal standards. Identify and integrate new technologies and best practices into the architecture roadmap.Skills and Experience:Experience in integrating COTS applications, across back office domains (legal, finance, HR, procurement) Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience with diverse technologies and developing architecture roadmaps.Knowledge of ITIL framework and certification in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.This is a primarily remote role, with once per fortnight expected in the London office
