About the Role:
As a Compliance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring business operations adhere to the highest standards of regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for supporting compliance functions across various markets, with a particular focus on emerging markets. This is an office-based role in London, offering a salary of up to £50,000, where you will be at the forefront of maintaining the integrity of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently tackle compliance and AML matters.
- Ensure all KYC and AML requirements are meticulously met as you assist with onboarding
- Develop and update compliance policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Execute annual compliance testing and action plans, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Manage transaction monitoring, keeping a vigilant eye on client activity to identify and address any risks.
- Monitor PEPs and Sanctions systems and support with escalations
