With operations across multiple continents and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products, they are at the forefront of industry advancements. As they continue our growth trajectory, they are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join their executive team and lead on financial strategy. The Role: As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the company, ensuring robust financial management and driving sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the finance function, managing investor relations, and overseeing the company’s financial operations across its international markets. This is a key leadership position, requiring a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of a fast-growing, listed business. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the financial strategy and operations of the company, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and shareholder value creation. · Provide clear financial reporting and analysis to the board, shareholders, and investors, ensuring compliance with AIM regulations and other statutory requirements. · Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes across our global operations. · Drive efficiency improvements, cost optimisation, and profitability across multiple markets. · Manage relationships with key stakeholders including banks, auditors, investors, and regulators. · Support and guide M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration of new acquisitions. · Lead and develop the finance team to ensure effective financial control and support for business units. · Ensure robust risk management and internal controls are in place across international operations. · Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, contributing to overall business planning and decision-making. Key Requirements: · Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a publicly listed company, preferably on AIM. · Extensive experience in technology, manufacturing, or related sectors with a strong understanding of the operational and financial challenges of an international business. · Deep knowledge of AIM regulations, investor relations, and financial reporting standards. · Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights. · Track record of leading successful M&A activities and integrations. · Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team. · Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the business. · ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
