Foresight Wealth Strategist has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Admin person to join our dynamic team.
As one of the leading financial practices in the North-West, we are looking for someone who can provide our clients with an unrivaled front-of-house client experience.
Our clients are successful business owners and professionals who are used to receiving excellent service. We want to ensure that a visit to our offices or a call to our company brings our clients a smile.
As you will be the first point of contact when answering the phone or welcoming visitors you will have a happy, welcoming, and caring manner. You will need to be confident with an eye for detail.
What you will do:
- Greet visitors when they arrive at the office.
- Manage the appearance of the meeting rooms and office environment
- Provide visitors with a friendly and attentive service
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls
- Have a great telephone voice
- Good level of English spelling and grammar
- Use the Microsoft Office Suite of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
There will be other administrative jobs that we will need you to carry out, such as:
- Opening, scanning, and filing all inbound mail
- Organising and processing outbound mail
- General housekeeping duties
- Other ad hoc admin duties

Working hours:
- 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday
- 09:00 to 15:00 Friday
