Starting salary is from £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience with a Company Pension. They believe in hiring passionate, outgoing individuals who align with their values. The role will involve working alongside their Events Coordinator to:

  • Build relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of all aspects of events.
  • Assist in the booking of flights and venues.
  • Worldwide travel to events, sometimes to diverse locations, including evenings, overnight and weekends.
  • Updating clients with information or changes.
  • Being present on the day of an event to ensure that things run smoothly.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable operating within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Able to prioritise workload.
  • Have an ability to problem solve.

To excel in this role you must:

  • possess outstanding customer service skills.
  • be enthusiastic and professional.
  • have a bubbly and happy personality.
  • have exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • hold a full driving licence.
  • be willing to travel and be flexible in their working hours.
  • have a valid UK Passport for travel.
