Shift Production Engineer

Our Mildenhall based client are looking for 2 x SHIFT PRODUCTION ENGINEERS to join their expanding team. Our client is especially keen to hear from applicants who have completed an Engineering Apprenticeship and who have many years of experience under their belt! Your main responsibility will be to assist the Department Head in maintaining product output, training new staff, diagnose faults and repair, provide assistance to the service engineers and investigate and offer suggestions for process improvements. There are 2 different shift patterns available - both night shifts: Week 1Sun - Weds 1800-0600 Week 2Sun - Tues 1800-0600 OR Week 1Thur - Sat1800-0600 Week 2Wed - Sat 1800-0600 The salary range is £35,000 - £40,000 per year, plus a generous shift allowance for working the night shift.
