Principal AI Scientist Salary: £120,000 + 10% bonus, 10% pension, private healthcare London - 4 days a week in office Join a dynamic team of AI Scientists working on high-impact, AI driven machine learning models to drive innovation in the BioTech space. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working closely within a small team, to design and build models across LLMs, GenAI and NLP with some in Computer Vision Working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating insights and reports on key findings Driving the latest innovative research in AI, building and deploying core projects onto their AI driven platforms Opportunity to upskill and mentor junior members SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Required MSc or PhD in STEM/AI related subject Proficiency in Python, SQL and DevOps & CI/CD Experience in LLMs/NLP is required Background in HealthTech, BioTech, PharmaTech is a large benefit but otherwise any tech company working on AI projects Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders Research/Academic background is a big bonus too Apply below!
