We re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a high-profile £20M build in South Manchester. With the mentorship of senior Quantity Surveyors and industry experts, you ll have the chance to grow and make an impact from day one.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you ll play an integral part in supporting the project s cost management and commercial operations. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with budget monitoring, cost planning, and tracking expenses to help ensure financial goals are met.
• Supporting contract management, including subcontractor liaison and contract administration.
• Assisting with preparing financial reports, progress assessments, and invoicing.
