Design Manager

Roofing & Cladding Design Manager Eclipse Recruitment are working with a South Wales construction company who specialise in Roofing & Cladding services across a wide range of exciting commercial projects. With a very health order book and pipeline of work, our client are seeking a Design Manager to join their succesful team in Cardiff. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about design and has strong knowledge in cladding & roofing projects. Roles & Responsibilities: * Setting up projects internally on our document management system (Procore) * Creating design briefs for new schemes and engaging external designers * Managing a design programme and leading DTM’s throughout * Assisting with the estimating function of the business * Dealing with the commercial team if early warning notices / relevant events need raising with the client * Ensuring all design / technical submittals are done in accordance with our clients document management system * Ensuring our client document portals are maintained accordingly This is a fantastic time to get on board and join a forward-thinking, progressive local construction company who are going from strenght to strenght year by year.
