Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: As the Project Manager, oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Team Management: Lead and manage on-site teams and subcontractors as the Project Manager, fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining high standards of work.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring project goals are understood and met by the Project Manager.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all construction work adheres to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, as expected of a Project Manager.
• Problem Solving: As the Project Manager, anticipate and resolve any project challenges, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
