Site Director

This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving performance as growth continues and delivering a truly world class site. The Role: Assume full responsibility for the site and the development and delivery of the overall site strategic plan. Lead and motivate your senior leadership team to deliver business goals. Deliver uncompromising service levels to the customer Provide leadership and exceptional communication to continue to build engaged teams throughout the site and deliver a strong focus on reward and recognition Driving a culture of continuous improvement and process improvement About You: Previous experience as a GM or site director in a chilled food manufacturing environment is essential Understanding of the demands of working with retail customers. We are seeking strong leadership skills and a clear vision for getting the best out of people and processes. Clear problem solving aptitude with strong analytical and decision making skills Passionate about quality and able to demonstrate the ability to drive a team to achieve high standards Action orientated, able to make important decisions and get things done within business critical time lines.
