The team works on construction matters across major infrastructure, energy, natural resources, transport and logistics. The firm is carving a niche for itself in emerging sectors such as green hydrogen, LNG, carbon capture, and data centres. They act for governments, sponsors, funders and investors on iconic projects that set the benchmark in terms of profile, scale, complexity and risk. This is a growth role on non-contentious construction matters across the UK, Europe and further afield. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high quality construction work. The firm has a wide range of tools and support services available, and you will be expected to utilise Best Delivery tools: e.g. templates, Legal Support Centre, Resource Management, Legal Project Managers and Matter Balance Reports. You will take charge of your own development and you will be expected to complete any mandatory and relevant skills, risk and legal training. Your remit will be to apply your full knowledge of the law within your specialist area by identifying legal issues, drafting and advising clients. Our client will consider those who are more specialised looking to broaden skill set and very much open to Associates from the US, Offshore, Australia and New Zealand. You will have gained experience at a similar firm, or at an overseas similar common law practice. Strong communication and analytical skills, along with a high level of commercial awareness.
