As a Senior Staff Nurse in our PICU, your responsibilities will include: Taking responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge nurse. Developing, implementing, and evaluating holistic care plans for children in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team. Acting as a role model and mentor to junior/student nurses. Post Graduate experience working in a PICU setting. Understanding of Safeguarding issues. Teaching and mentoring experience. Completion of a PICU Course that is equivalent to 60 credits.
