What You'll Do:

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll be the force behind identifying and engaging with high quality technology talent to support our current and new partners. Your dedication will see deliver a stellar customer service to our

Your bread and butter will be to:

• Being a proactive sourcer and top talent seeker in tech.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidate communities.
• Stay ahead of the curve by diving deep into your sector, keeping abreast of the latest tech industry news and developments.
• Ensuring high level of delivery and experience with our current and new partners.

What You’ll Bring:

• A proven track record in sourcing and engaging with supreme Technology talent across multiple Tech verticals.
• Experience within either a Delivery Consultant, 360 Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience working in SC/DV cleared roles would be an additional bonus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
• A passion for exceeding targets, driving results and getting things done.
• A knack for identifying opportunities to support the BDM team with client expansion.
