Quality Controller

Simple Recruitment are looking for a Quality Controller for our client based in Trowbridge to join their team on a permanent basis. A Quality Controller plays a crucial role in maintaining a company’s reputation, preventing products from being unreliable and faulty. They are essential in improving customer trust for our client’s company. The Job As a Quality Controller, you’ll be inspecting products prior to deliveries to the warehouse, ensuring that the quality standards our B-Corp-certified client is well-known for are being met. Key responsibilities include: * Writing reports to communicate any issues found during inspections and give guidance on garment quality improvements. * Liaise with relevant departments and ensure progress on issues is monitored. * Perform investigations on product returns and provide feedback, to relevant departments, in a timely manner. * Complete KPI tracking, producing and distributing reports on time.
