Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Talent Manager. This position will involve a mixture of working from home and any UK & Ireland office location. BAM operates a flexible working policy. Your mission This role joins us at an exciting time as our People and Talent Strategies come to life, leading to great opportunities for growth and development. Reporting to the Talent Manager UK&I, this role will play a fundamental part in delivering key projects within the Talent Management strategy. Specifically, this will include driving engagement and behavioral change of our Performance Management process and system across the UK and Ireland, in collaboration with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders. About the role • Work with colleagues and influence stakeholders across the UK and Ireland • Will use data to inform People Strategies and interventions • Lead and manage the development and implementation of Talent Management processes and interventions across the businesses • Work in partnership with HR Business Partners to: o Embed and improve engagement of our performance and development process and system o Embed behavioral change across the UK and Ireland in relation to performance management o Develop and support other Talent interventions Who are we looking for? Experience in project management * Experience in managing behavioral change and change management * Data analytics skills * Proven collaboration skills to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships across all levels * Effective influencing and facilitation skills * Effective and inclusive leadership and management capability * HR/People experience What’s in it for you?
