Operations Director - Specialist Provider of Therapeutic Residential Homes Location: Ormskirk, North West England Salary: £85,000 + Company Car Search and Selection UK is excited to partner with a family-run specialist provider of therapeutic residential children’s homes in the North West. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to join their leadership team and drive their organisation forward. About the Role: As Operations Director, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with Responsible Individuals (RIs), Registered Managers, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Your strategic vision and operational expertise will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for children in our clients homes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the operational management of therapeutic residential homes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. • Collaborate with RIs and Registered Managers to develop and implement effective operational strategies. • Monitor and assess the performance of homes, providing support to achieve optimal outcomes for children. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging professional development across teams. • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Qualifications and Experience: • Significant experience in a senior operations role within the children’s services sector. • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in residential care. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
