About Our Search


We're looking for a talented and experienced "Social Media Manager" to join our client who is a sustainable clothing brand on a mission to revolutionize the fashion industry with their eco-friendly and ethical practices.


What are we looking for?


  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior social media role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including experience in front of the camera.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


What will you do?


  • Content Creation:
  • Develop compelling and creative content for the social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Actively participate in content creation, including appearing in videos and live streams.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy instantly.


  • Analytics and Growth:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement rates, follower growth, and overall social media performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the social media following and engagement rates.
  • Continuously analyze content performance and audience insights to optimize and improve the social media strategies.


  • Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • Actively engage with the social media followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the social media reach.
  • Foster a strong sense of community and loyalty among the social media audience.


  • Scheduling and Planning:
  • Plan and schedule content in line with seasonal trends, product assortments, and thematic campaigns.
  • Develop detailed content calendars that align with the marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Craft engaging captions and ensure all content maintains a consistent tone of voice (TOV) that resonates with the brand identity.
