Due to growth within their business, we are seeking a passionate and experienced wound care Nurse to join the team.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Wound Care, you will be vital in educating and training healthcare professionals and distributors across the UK on state-of-the-art wound care products. You will be responsible for demonstrating the clinical effectiveness of products, providing expert advice, and ensuring that clients are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver outstanding patient care.

This role is best suited to someone with a nursing background in wound care/tissue viability and the passion and drive to join a small commercial team who are part of a successful larger business. While you are not required to sell products or have sales targets, the ideal person will understand the part of a clinical nurse in a commercial setting, enjoy lots of travelling, go above and beyond to support key stakeholders in a range of settings and most importantly have a can-do attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive training sessions on the correct usage of our wound care products to healthcare professionals, including nurses, clinicians, and distributors. Provide expert advice and guidance on wound care management, product selection, and best practices to end-users. Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of our wound care solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and confidence in our products. Regular travel across the UK to deliver training and support to various healthcare facilities and distributors.

Qualifications & Experience: Current NMC registration. Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care, with a strong understanding of wound management techniques and Willingness to travel across the UK regularly.
