Senior Quantity Surveyor (HS2) Salary: to £70k + package (subsistence if required) Based: Warwickshire (B46) Would you be interested in working on the biggest infrastructure contract since WW2? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, do you enjoy having autonomy over your own packages of work? Are you looking for a role that offers excellent long term career progression prospects? Part of this project involves the biggest section of work, the West Midlands route. It incorporates some of the most complex and interesting ground engineering ever done on a major infrastructure project in the UK. My client, delivering the work with their JV partner, require a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a key commercial task which forms part of a £600m scheme. The project will involve retaining strucutures to a tunnel and large diaphragm walls. You will report into and work closely with the Senior Commercial Manager. The suitable applicant will ideally have the following background and experience: £20m + package or project management experience being commercially responsible for Power BI experience would be beneficial Strong client interfacing skills, with an eye on spotting commercial opportunity Commercially astute Ideally degree or HND level qualification NEC experience Looking for a long term role Understanding of ground engineering beneficial Contact Jack Malone on 07710 096654 or apply directly to this advert.
