BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT LONDON AND HOME COUNTIES UP TO £45,000 (+ OTE) + CAR MONDAY - FRIDAY A leading British manufacturer of equipment to the medical, cosmetic and beauty industries is looking for a Business Development Consultant to join their exciting and growing business. As a Business Development Consultant, you will work in a field-based sales role supplying medical grade equipment to the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Business Development Consultant your key duties will include: * Visiting businesses to demonstrate products and win new business * Negotiating variations in price, specifications, and delivery * Producing and submitting quotations for customers * Creating material for the purposes of improving conversion * Managing existing customers, maintaining relationships and securing continued business * Attending and assisting with trade shows and exhibitions * Producing and reporting accurate territory sales forecasts REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE To be considered for the role of Business Development Consultant, you must have: * 3+ years field sales experience within a medical, aesthetics or clinical organisation. * Experience working in aesthetics/beauty industry is desirable * A full and clean UK driving license * Experience of working to and surpassing targets, closing sales and creating opportunities. * A consultative sales style/ approach. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport. * The ability to understand and interpret complex technical and clinical information, communicating this effectively to customers.
