Job DescriptionFantastic opportunity to join a leading London residential developer in their pre-construction team working on large scale regeneration projects. You will report to the Pre-Construction Director and form part of the pre-construction team working with internal stakeholders and multiple external consultants including architects, designers, contractors and specialist consultants.You will work on specific projects from acquisition, through the planing and pre-construction activities and onto construction delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a structural engineer to make a move to a client-side pre-construction team working on some amazing projects.
